Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences 2018-19 academic session from August 1

Itanagar, July 24: The first medical college of the state – Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (TRIHMS) located at Naharlagun near here, is going to commence its academic session 2018-19 from August 1 next.

Chief Minister Pema Khandu will formally launch the much-awaited medical college in the state. Dignitaries from state and central governments are likely to attend the function. TRIHMS Director Dr Moji Jini informed that an inaugural ceremony is being arranged in the Institute on August 1 to induct the first batch of MBBS students.
