Vehicle hits in face-to-face leading one to die in Itanagar

Itanagar: One Ashomi Linggi and Toge Mepola, both aged about 35 years, had an altercation face-to-face after which Linggi driving a Fortuner, hit a pole leading to serious injuries and his death. Confirming this over telephone, Lower Dibang Valley SP Sanjay Kumar Sain said that the incident took place around 3 am on Tuesday. Accused Linggi was arrested and sent to 14-day judicial custody, his vehicle seized and investigation launched, the SP added. The incident was apolitical as both had same political affiliation, another private source said, adding that they had personal animosity for some other reasons.
