1 Woman Killed, 2 Critically Injured In Assam's Dhubri District

Dhubri: A 40-year-old woman was killed in Assam's Dhubri district after being brutally thrashed by a miscreant.

According to reports, the incident took place on Tuesday in the Nayeralga area of Bilasipara in Dhubri district.

The woman identified as one Manowara Khatun, a resident of Nayeralga.

Apart from the woman, two others were left severely injured in the attack, however, the reason of the attack is yet to ascertain.

Meanwhile, the injured persons named Amiruddin 75-year-old, and Saddakas Ali 27-year-old have been shifted to a hospital in Guwahati.

After registering a case of murder, police have started the investigation in this regard.
