100-year-old Guwahati grandma tests COVID-19 positive

Guwahati: In a recent development reported from Guwahati in Assam, a 100-years-old grandmother tested Covid-19 positive on September 7 at an Old Age home in the Hatigaon locality.

Notably, the 100-year-old lady is among the latest recorded cases of coronavirus in Guwahati, Assam.

As per reports, the 100-year-old lady has been shifted to Mahendra Mohan Choudhury hospital for the treatment.

"We shifted her with love and care to MMCH under the supervision of Kamrup Metropolitan District Administration and support from MMCH," read a tweet sent out from the official Twitter handle of the Kamrup Metropolitan District Administration.
