137 Asom Gana Parishad, Congress members join BJP

MORIGAON: Morigaon BJP on Tuesday formally welcomed 137 members of the Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) and Congress at its district office. The 137 members joined the ruling party and this has been seen as a big jolt to the AGP and Congress. The programme was conducted by the president of the district committee, Prabin Medhi in presence of MLA and other members of the district committee.
