15th foundation day of Bharaliporiya Kanyaka Krishi Pam observed in Jamugurihat

JAMUGURIHAT: The 15th foundation day of Bharaliporiya Kanyaka Krishi Pam, an agri-entrepreneur, was observed today with a day-long programme here at Kanyaka. The day-long programme began with the hoisting of the institutional flag, followed by the laying of the foundation stone of a conference hall by Sootea, MLA-cum-chairman of Kanyaka Krishi Pam Padma Hazarika. After it, nam prasanga was performed in the namghar located inside the Kanyaka Krishi Pam. The Sita Haran Bali Bodh drama will be staged by a group of child artistes in the Namghar premises at night. It is learnt that iconic singer Shimanta Shekhar will release the theme song for the agri-farm and website too.
