17,000 bottles of IMFL seized in Dhubri district

A CORRESPONDENT 

DHUBRI: In a search operation, more than 17,000 Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) bottles were seized from a truck by Sagolia Police of Dhubri district on Saturday morning.

Police sources informed that the truck was carrying the IMFL in around 600 cartons concealed behind bags of corn. The estimated market price of the seized bottles will be around Rs 15 lakh, sources said.
