17th Annual Adivasi Mahasabha under the aegis of AASAA postponed

GOLAGHAT: The 17th Adivasi Mahasabha to be held at Rangajan in Golaghat district from January 9 to January 12, 2020, under the aegis of All Adivasi Students’ Association of Assam (AASAA), has been postponed due to the current situation prevailing in Assam and the new date will be declared in due time by the organizing committee.

In a press statement, the general secretary of AASAA, Golaghat district committee said that an emergency meeting was held recently between the reception committee and the AASAA central committee and it was decided to postpone the 17th Annual Adivasi Mahasabha 2020, due to the present situation prevailing in Assam. A new date for the 17th Annual Adivashi Mahasabha will be announced in due time.
