DIBRUGARH: The State government's Revenue and Disaster Management Department has initiated steps to give land pattas and sanction letter to one lakh landless indigenous people. As a part of it, land pattas and sanction letters will be handed over to 2,684 beneficiaries in Dibrugarh District at a function, slated to be held in India Club Auditorium here and Revenue Circle level functions in all revenue circles on Monday.

District level function at Dibrugarh India Club that will be held from 11:30 am on Monday will be graced by Union Minister of State for Food Processing Industries , Rameswar Teli, as a Chief Guest and Prasanta Phukan, Chakradhar Gogoi, Rituparna Baruah, Binod hazarika, Bimal Bora, Teros Gowala and Naren Sonowal of Dibrugarh, Moran, Lahowal , Chabua, Tingkhong and Duliajan LAC respectively as honored guests.
