38th Annual Conference of Srimanta Sankardev Sangha

GORESWAR: Brisk preparations are on for the 38th annual conference of Rangiya district unit of Srimanta Sankardev Sangha with a two-day long programme starting from January 30 under the aegis of Goreswar Anchalik unit of Srimanta Sankardev Sangha here at Benghazi Satra Samannay Kshetra.

As per programme on January 30, following cleanliness of surrounding, inception of Guru Ashan and set up xarai, naam prasanga, tree sapling plantation, main gate inauguration, diha naam competition will be held in the morning and in the afternoon, an inaugural function of literature, culture, and release of books will be held following a common meet of children, youths and volunteers. Following ceremonial lightening of earthen light, naam prasanga will be done. The representative meeting will be held after the inauguration of the gate of the representative hall in the evening.
