4-Year-Old Boy Receives Bullet Injury While Playing With Father's Service Pistol

Guwahati: A 4-year-old boy received a bullet injury in his head on Tuesday while playing with his father's service pistol.

The incident occurred in Kaliabor which falls in the Uluwani police outpost in Nagaon district.

The boy named Manoj is the son of Tilak Bordoloi who is an Assistant Sub Inspector at Uluwani police outpost was accidently shot himself while playing with the pistol at police quarter.

Presently, the boy is undergoing treatment at Tezpur Medical College Hospital (TMCH).

Meanwhile, in-charge of the Uluwani police outpost, Naba Kumar Das, said that a high-level investigation will be conducted in this regard under the guidance of a magistrate.
