41st Management Development Programme for railway staff held in Tinsukia

TINSUKIA: The three-day 41st Management Development Programme for senior subordinates and senior supervisor staff for Tinsukia Railway Division concluded on Thursday at Dihing Club of DRM premises in Tinsukia.

Organized by Efficiency Cell and Planning of GM’s office Maligaon, the training programme incorporated various topics like E-office and its implementation, safety and disaster management, HRD and staff productivity, financial health and customer care.

About 50 participants from different departments of Tinsukia Railway Division of NFR attended the programme. While Ashish Sarma DRM Tinsukia inaugurated the training programme with a note on efficiency effectiveness, Bomice Lakra, senior DGM and Chief Vigilance Officer of NFR, in his valedictory speech deliberated on improvement of vigilance system.
