55th Sarupathar Kendriya Rongali Bihu Sanmilan to be held from May 9 to May 11

SARUPATHAR: The 55th Sarupathar Kendriya Rongali Bihu Sanmilan, one of the oldest Bihu committees of Sarupathar town, will be held from May 9 to May 11 at the General Field of Sarupathar. The first day's programme will begin with the unfurling of flag by Niranjan Bhattacharjya. A cultural programme will be held which will be inaugurated by Dambaro Gogoi. It will also be followed by felicitation of three senior citizens of the Dhansiri subdivision in Golaghat district. On May 11, singer Nihar Kashyap will perform in the cultural night programme.
