73.83 per cent turnout in Dibrugarh Panchayat Poll

Dibrugarh: Along with 16 districts of the State, the first phase of panchayat elections concluded here in Dibrugarh on Wednesday. The voter turnout was 73.83 per cent. The elections were held for 23 Zila Parishad constituencies and 93 Gaon Panchayats. The results of the election will be declared on December 12.
