A dutiful son Wazed Ali comes from New Zealand to pay homage on the graveyard of his mother

BILASIPARA: Wazed Ali, living in New Zealand came to Tilapara, 10 km from Bilasipara, to pay homage on the graveyard of his mother Kurshi Begum who expired in 1971 due to unknown diseases. On enquiry, it was learnt that in the year 1971 while the liberation struggle was going on in East Pakistan, one Abdul Karim fled to India and took shelter in a refugee camp located at Tilapara near Salkocha under Chapar Police Station. His wife was Kurshi Begum.
