Adya shraddha of Atal Bihari Vajpayee at Golaghat

GOLAGHAT: The adya shraddha of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was held by the Golaghat district BJP at Golaghat Revenue Circle office campus on Sunday with a day-long programme.

The adya shraddha started with lighting of lamps by the Deputy Commissioner of Golaghat, Gaurav Bothra and BJP leader Monuj Boruah. In a press statement the convenor of BJP media cell, Amal Chandra Konwar said that during the adya shraddha an all-religion prayer meet was also held.
