AIUDF, Congress bigwigs campaign in Chirang

BONGAIGAON: All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) chief Badruddin Ajmal and Congress leaders Ripun Bora and Rockybul Hussain stood on the same stage on Sunday while campaigning for the BTC polls. Ajmal and the Congress leaders arrived in the Alukhunda area of Chirang to campaign for KhalilurRahman, AIUDF candidate of Thuribari, Bijni.

Addressing the gathering, Azmal said that the BJP would be defeated in the BTC polls. RockybulHussain slammed State Finance Minister DrHimantaBiswaSarma for making controversial comments while campaigning for the BTC polls.
