All Assam Junior Agriculture Officers’ Association's diamond jubilee celebration

Morigaon: With an aim to make aware the farmers about the benefits of various agriculture related and its allied schemes allotted by both the central and state governments, All Assam Junior Agriculture Officers’ Association (AAJAOA) organized a three day-long programme in keeping with the celebration of the diamond jubilee of the organization which was registered in 1948. The programme will be celebrated on January 27, 28, 29 at the Sisuram Hazarika Samannai Khetra, Morigaon college field.

The brisk preparation is going on to celebrate the diamond jubilee as well as the biennial conference of the organization at the said place, the secretary of the reception committee Dibyajyoti Hazarika said while addressing a press meet on Thursday at the Sisuram Hazarika Samanyai Khetra.

Addressing the press meet Hazarika said that we are ready to welcome altogether 2 thousand delegates and 20 thousand farmers here. “Our members and farmers are working together to make the event a grand success.” The main meeting hall was naturally prepared where the open meeting will be held in presence of Agriculture Minister Atul Bora, I & PR Minister Piyush Hazarika. On January 27, altogether 75 women will perform a choir at the Sisuram Hazarika Samanyai Khetra. Thereafter a seminar will be held in the meeting hall.
