An offsite mock drill conducted by BCPL in Dibrugarh

Dibrugarh: Offsite mock drill was conducted in the C2+ liquid storage bullet at Lakwa by Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL). The scenario of this mock drill was major leakage of liquid hydrocarbon (C2+ Liq) from the storage bullet at BCPL Lakwa. This offsite mock drill was conducted in presence of Anjan Das (Inspector of Factories, Sibsagar), Gopal Krishna Borgohain (Field Officer of District Authority), police personnel from Lakwa Police Station and other administrative members.

BCPL Lepetkata senior officials, BCPL Lakwa officers, and staff both from Technical and Fire and Safety department and AISF staff actively participated in the offsite mock drill along with the teams from Mutual Aid Member Organizations like Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), OIL India Limited (OIL) Moran, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) Digboi, Assam Gas Company Limited (AGCL) Duliajan, Duliajan Numaligarh Pipeline Limited (DNPL), Duliajan and State Fire Service, Nazira station.
