Boko: Ashadeep - A Mental Health Society observed World Mental Health Week, 2019 at Bamunigaon in Lower Assam’s Kamrup district on Thursday. On the occasion, State Social Welfare Minister Pramila Rani Brahma took part as chief guest. World Mental Health Week An awareness meeting based on the theme of ‘Mental Health Promotion and Suicide Prevention’ was organized in Ashadeep’s Rehabilitation Home premises. Before the awareness meets, Brahma inaugurated a livestock farming unit, a livelihood generation program of Ashadeep, and a fitness and well-being unit for residents of the rehabilitation homes.
