Assam Agricultural University Tea Executives Association (AAUTEA) contributes to Assam Arogya Nidhi

TINSUKIA: The Assam Agricultural University Tea Executives Association (AAUTEA) has contributed an amount of Rs 1 lakh towards Government of Assam’s Arogya Nidhi Fund. Bijoy Saikia, secretary of AAUTEA, handed over the DD to Tinsukia Deputy Commissioner Bhaskar Pegu on Wednesday. This was a small token of contribution to support the government’s initiative to fight the COVID-19 Pandemic. The AAUTEA constitutes members working in tea estates, Tea Board, Tea Research Association and tea chemical companies.
