Assam: Ambulance donated in Biswanath Chariali

BISWANATH CHARIALI: Bablu Gupta and his brothers Mitheleshwar Kumar Gupta and Kamleshwar Prasad Gupta – resident of Biswanath Chariali– on Sunday handed over an ambulance in memory of their mother Lalita Gupta Devi.

On this occasion, the ambulance was formally received by Dr Jogen Chandra Bey, Joint Director of Health, Biswanath while District Project Manager Haren Gogoi, and several health officers were present in the programme held at the auditorium of Biswanath Sub-Divisional Health Centre. According to information, the Health Department will dispatch this ambulance to Balisang Model Hospital located on the Assam-Arunachal border so that the poor people of that area can take advantage of it. The services of the ambulance will be completely free of cost for the poor patients, Bablu Gupta added.
