Assam announces Literary Pension for 43 writers; check their names here

Guwahati: The Assam Government on Friday announced a list of 43 prominent litterateurs of the state who will be given a literary pension for the year 2020-21.

The Assam Government, in a statement, said that the 43 writers chosen for the distinction should contact the Directorate of Higher Education in Guwahati's Kahilipara locality for their pension.

The list of the litterateurs chosen by the Government for pensions is as follows:
