Assam: Body of Lab Technician Found In Nalbari Hospital

GUWAHATI: In a horrifying incident, the body of a person was recovered from the Swahid Mukunda Kakati Civil Hospital in the Nalbari district of Assam.

The body has been recovered from the RO room of the hospital on Saturday.

According to sources, the person is suspected to have died due to a short circuit while operating some equipment.He was a laboratory technician by profession.

The deceased has been identified as Bijon Das. It has been found out that the person came from Guwahati for his work at the laboratory. 

The police have arrived at the hospital and the body has been sent for post-mortem.

An investigation has been launched to look into the matter.

Subsequently, another incident occurred on the same day where a laborer died after a wall collapsed on him in Biswanath district of Assam.

The incident occurred at a building near Reliance Petrol Pump and the deceased has been identified as Aminul Haque.

According to sources, there were three laborers working at the site and were breaking the wall for repairing, however, at that moment the wall fell on the labour and he died.
