MANGALDAI: Subhasish Chabanya- a class VIII standard student of Gurukul Group of Educational Wing of Mangaldai has bagged the first position for the second time in the Universal Postal Union International Letter-Writing Competition organized by Assam Circle of the Department of Post. He will be awarded a cash amount of Rs 25,000 and letter of citation in the 4th State level Philately Exhibition (ASSAMPEX 2022) to be organized at KRB Auditorium of Cotton University on October 13.
Mention may be made here that Subhasish Chabanya in 2021 also bagged the first position in the state level letter writing competition organized by Assam Circle and second prize in the national level letter writing competition.
