Assam: Chopped Body Parts Of Woman Recovered By Guwahati Police

Guwahati: In a gruesome incident, chopped body parts of a woman who was previously reported missing was recovered by Guwahati Police in her residence in Boragaon.

The police have detained the deceased woman's husband, Santosh Gupta, in connection to the case.

Reportedly, the woman's body was cut into many pieces and was wrapped in plastic bags which were found in the bedroom of the deceased. The residence in which the couple lived was a rented apartment. 

The police have identified the deceased as Antima Gupta.

Interestingly, a missing complaint of the late woman was filed by her husband Santosh Gupta on Wednesday at the Gorchuk police station. 

The police are currently investigating this matter.

In another shocking incident that took place in the state, a six-year-old child was killed by 3 juveniles for refusing to watch porn. 

It was later revealed that the juveniles who are aged between 8-11 years old are porn addicts and very much capable of conspiring and executing such a heinous crime.

An adult who is reportedly a parent of one of the juveniles has also been arrested in connection to the case. The adult was allegedly not cooperating with the police despite being aware of the crime and was therefore picked up by the police.
