Assam CM Sarbananda Sonowal congratulates Boxing duos

Assam CM Sarbananda congratulated Assam's boxing duos Lovlina Borgohain and Jamuna Boro for being ranked in AIBA Boxing of World Rankings.

It has been reported that Olympic qualifier Lovlina Borgohain has been ranked 3rd under 69 kg under while world elite women medalist Jamuna Boro was ranked 5th under 54 kgs weight category.

CM Sonowal said on his twitter handle "Many congratulations to the immensely talented boxing duo @LovlinaBorgohai& @Jamunaboro1for being ranked 3rd & 5th in the 69 kg Women Elite and 54 kg Women Elite categories respectively of @AIBA_Boxing World Rankings."

Assam CM Sonowal while extending congratulations to the women boxers also encouraged by quoting "Here to more Girl power"

He expressed words of empowerment through his tweet.
