Assam: Covid19 positive patient in home quarantine dies in Kokrajhar

Raj Kumar Basumatary of Sesapani had tested positive for the infection on September 5.

He didn't get admitted to the hospital however in conformity with the guidelines. Instead, he chose to opt for home quarantine.

With this latest casualty, the cumulative death tally in Kokrajhar goes up to 18, and the overall infected tally as of today is 2,391.
