Assam Government to hold Border Outreach Programme in Sadiya

TINSUKIA: With the objective of promoting cordial relation and congenial environment among the people of counterpart districts in the bordering areas of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh, the Tinsukia district administration, in coordination with Border Protection and Development Department, Government of Assam, will hold a two-day Border Outreach Programme on February 11 and February 12 at Bir Lachit Stadium Chapakhowa in Sadiya. Participants from Tinsukia and neighbouring districts of Arunachal Pradesh like Namsai, Lohit and Lower Dibang Valley will participate in various cultural and sports events.
