
Diphu: The Assam government is all set to roll out the free form distribution drive under the Mukhya Mantri Nijut Moina Asoni 2.0 (MMNMA 2.0) initiative on August 6, targeting the financial year 2025–26.
This flagship scheme aims to empower 10 lakh girls across the state by supporting their pursuit of higher education. The programme will provide eligible students with easy access to application forms, as part of the government's ongoing commitment to girls' education and empowerment.
In the Karbi Anglong and West Karbi Anglong districts, the initiative will be launched across six designated venues, featuring the participation of senior political leaders and local dignitaries.
