Assam Jatiya Parishad staged protests in Dibrugarh

DIBRUGARH: The Assam Jatiya Parishad (AJP) on Saturday staged protest in Dibrugarh against the skyrocketing prices of fuel and other essential commodities. The AJP members staged protest in front of Chowkidinghee field by holding banners and placards. The members raised slogans against the BJP government for failing to curb soaring prices of fuel and other essential commodities in the State. The agitators came down heavily on the Centre for failing to curb rising fuel prices and accused them of being mute spectators in the present situation.
