The police further stated that, “Two youths – Farah and Deepak – are also involved with the sex racket.”

Further, stating more about the lady, the police said that she had lost her first husband and then remarried another man. She had gone to Delhi only a month back with Deepak which happens to be a friend of her husband. The reason she had gone to Delhi was to be engaged in a job as Deepak had promised her of one. But much beyond her expectations, this man sold her to Farah.

The victim further said that she was promised a job. She added that the people kept her daughter away from her by saying that she will be kept in a hostel. But nothing happened as was promised to her and at this, she protested. However, she was threatened of dire consequences and forced into prostitution.
