NUMALIGARH: A new chapter began at Numaligarh Higher Secondary School with the formal inauguration of the NCC (National Cadet Corps) curriculum. The successful implementation of this long-anticipated initiative came as a result of consistent efforts, formal applications, and continuous communication over the past several years. The programme was officially launched on April 9 with the arrival of two instructors from the Golaghat NCC Office, who conducted the opening session.

With the introduction of the NCC curriculum, students will now have the opportunity to imbibe essential values such as unity, discipline, and self-confidence. In addition to academic development, the training is expected to inspire students to excel in various fields in the future.

The launch of the NCC at the school marks the beginning of a new and promising journey, opening doors to greater opportunities and holistic development for the students.
