Assam: Police Arrest Teacher For Helping Students With Cheat Notes

Guwahati: A teacher along with two others was arrested on Monday for allegedly providing cheat papers to students during the ongoing board examinations in Assam's Barpeta district.

As per reports, the arrested teacher was identified as Khabir Bhuyan, who is an Arabic teacher at a school in the Barpeta district.

On the other hand, the two other accused are the employees of Xerox center near the exam center.

Reportedly, the teacher was nabbed from a washroom, and packets of cheat papers with the roll number of students were also recovered from his possession.

The two other accused were caught red-handed from their shop while preparing the cheat notes.
