Assam Police nabbed Drug peddler in Mangaldai town area

MANGALDAI: As per instructions from Superintendent of Police Amrit Bhuyan, the Mangaldai Police, acting on a tip-off about the movement of drug peddlers in Mangaldai town area during this lockdown period recently, launched an operation and apprehended one Dadul Ali alias Jitu (26), son of Safaruddin of Ward No 2 of Mangaldai town, and recovered six small plastic containers containing suspected Brown Sugar, cash Rs 26,520, slip of foil paper, a knife, a lighter and a Pulsar 220 motorcycle bearing registration number AS 01BZ 5685 from his possession.
