Assam Police organised training camp for surrendered militants in Biswanath Chariali

BISWANATH CHARIALI: A one-day training programme was organised by Assam Police on Sunday at SIRD Complex, Biswanath Chariali for surrendered militants. Around 54 numbers of surrendered NDFB militants from Biswanath and Dhemaji districts were imparted training on piggery, fishery, hotel management etc. The training camp was inaugurated by Additional Director General of Police (SB) Hiren Chandra Nath. The inaugural session was also attended by Biswanath Deputy Commissioner Pranab Kumar Sarmah, Superintendent of Police Leena Doley, Additional Superintendent of Police KulendraNath Deka and others.
