Assam Public Works files defamation case against ex-Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi

Aabhijeet Sharma, the president of the Assam Public Works, filed a defamation case of Rs 1 crore against the former Chief Justice of India and current Member of the Rajya Sabha, Ranjan Gogoi, for writing objectionable remarks against him in his autobiography entitled “Justice for the Judge”.

He also filed another case seeking a ban on the book authored by Ranjan Gogoi.
