Assam Rifles organizes vocational training on Army recruitment

JAMUGURIHAT: Lokra Battalion under the aegis of Headquarter 21 Sector Assam Rifles and Headquarter Inspector General Assam Rifles (East) conducted a vocational training on Army recruitment for the local youths including an exposure of ground test at Lokra Battalion on Tuesday, stated a press release. Screening tests included Physical Efficiency Test and Written Test conducted by Lokra Battalion for 17 aspiring candidates both male and female. The aim of the screening tests was to check their stamina and knowledge to give them the real exposure of recruitment rally. Awareness about eligibility criteria, guidance about how to apply for the vacancies, documents requisite, various test needed to undergo, the benefits and privileges were amplified in the lecture. The overwhelming response of the youth showcased the interest and zeal to join SF. The role played by Lokra Bn was widely appreciated by the locals bodies.
