Assam: Shantanu Gogoi Arrives in Golaghat as Election Observer for ZPC Areas

Golaghat: Shantanu Gogoi, Deputy Secretary of Co-operation Department and Election Observer for Golaghat ZPC namely Athkhelia, Torani, Oating and Morongi arrived at Golaghat.

The Election Observer will be stationed at Circuit House, Golaghat in Room Hamdoi. The Election Observer can be contacted in the contact No. 8376029984. The Observer will oversee the entire poll process to ensure free, fair and voter friendly election.

Madhusudan Nath, the designated Election Observer for the conduct of Panchayat Election, 2025 for (Missamora, Ratanpur, Khumtai, Nambar) Golaghat arrived on Saturday. As per the notification of the Assam State Election Commission, the nominations had begun on 3.4.2025 with the last date for filling of nominations being 11.4.2025 and the first phase poll is scheduled to take place on 2.5.2025.

During the conduct of elections, the Observer will be stationed at the Circuit House, Golaghat and he may be reached for any complaints related to violation of MCC or any aspect which may hamper the conduct of the elections in a free, fair and transparent manner by contact No. 9435024010.
