Morigaon: The 3rd phase of the Swasthya Sewa Utsav will begin from December 3 and will continue till December 5 in Morigaon. After successfully completion of the Swasthya Sewa Utsavs for the first and second phases under the dynamic leadership of the Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, the district administration has geared up to make the 3rd phase Utsav a grand success. In conjunction with the celebration of the Swasthya Sewa Utsav-3, a press meet was organized by Joint Director of Health, Morigaon supported by National Health Mission (NHM), Morigaon at District Commissioner’s conference hall on Saturday. In front of ADC, Joint Director of Health Dr. Arun Kr. Nath, DPM of NHM Jufin Sultana, DFPC Baharul Islam, DME Swapnali Dutta, and DCM Rita Das, District Commissioner Debashis Sarma spoke to the media about the planning of the Swasthya Sewa Utsav-3.
Addressing the media the Joint Director of Health Dr. Arun Nath said, “The Swasthya Sewa Utsav-3 will be organized at 47 hospitals in the district. The necessary training and arrangement for celebrating the Swasthya Sewa Utsav-3 is completed. A group of consisting of a few high level officers of the health department will evaluate the standard norms of health institutions in the district’.
