Assamese Actor Kishor Das leaves for Mumbai for treatment

PALASBARI: Assamese actor Kishor Das has been suffering from cancer for a long time. He had been undergoing treatment in Guwahati for a month. He finally left for Mumbai for better treatment on Tuesday.

Relatives, associates and well-wishers greeted the actor at the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport, Borjhar before his departure for treatment in Mumbai. On his way to Mumbai, Kishore Das thanked the people of Assam and the government for the financial support.
