Guwahati: Cricketer from Assam Riyan Parag ,is busy on practicing for his coming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 matches in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

From 19 September the 13th season of the IPL will begin. This year the respective tournament will be held in three venues, these are-Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The Assam state level player Riyan Parag will paly this time for the team Rajashan Royals in the world's biggest T20 league.

Riyan Parag is from the sports background. He is the son of former Assam cricket player Parag Das and former Swimmer Mithu Baruah.

He played a vital role in the India's successful Under-19 triumph in the world Cup 2018.

He is being trained under Rajasthan Royal batting coach Amal Majumdar, said by the Media reporter. The young cricketer from Assam was praised by many cricketers, including former Team India Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni for his outstanding performance in the last season. He debut in January 2017.
