GUWAHATI: Ahmed Hasanuzzaman Choudhury from Lakhirband in South Assam's Hailakandi district has cracked the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examinations 2020. He is the son of retired AEGCL Chief General Manager (CGM) Jakir Ahmed Choudhury. Hasanuzzaman was placed in the 283rd position in the exams.

Likewise, Daughter of Assam's special DGP GP Singh has secured All India 97th rank in UPSC Civil Services Examination 2020.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Friday (September 24) declared the final result for the Civil Services (CSE) Main examination 2020.

A total number of 761 candidates have been recommended for appointment on the basis of a written exam and personality test held in August-September, 2021.

Candidates can check their marks available on the official website, upsc.gov.in.

"The Commission issued a Disclosure Scheme for disclosing the scores and other details of the non-recommended willing candidates, who appeared in the final stage of an Examination (Interview), through its website," says an official note.

To check your result first visit the official website of UPSC, upsc.gov.in. Click on the 'Public Disclosure of marks and other details of non-recommended willing candidates.' A PDF file would be displayed on your screen. Check the marks after scrolling down to page 3. Download and take a hard copy for future references.

On June 16, the UPSC IFS (Main) Exam 2020 result was released. A total of 222 applicants have been shortlisted for the Personality Test in order to be called for the Indian Forest Service Examination-2020 (Group 'A'). The Mains exam was held from February 28 to March 7, 2021. The applicants who have been shortlisted will now take part in the personality test or the interview stage, the dates of which will be published by UPSC in July.
