DOOMDOOMA: Activists of the Assam Tea-Tribes Students’ Association (ATTSA), Tippuk sub-branch, burnt the effigies of Union Minister of State Rameswar Teli, MP (Rajya Sabha) Kamakhya Tasa, MP of Tezpur, Pallab Lochan Das, MLA of Tinsukia, Sanjay Keshan and MLA of Duliajan, Teras Goala on Monday in Tippuk, about 8 km away from here, allegedly in protest against their inability to present before the BJP party and the Central and State governments the problems faced by the tea tribes community of Assam.
