Awareness camp held on cooperative movement in Tamulpur

KOKRAJHAR: The Co-operation department of BTC conducted a day-long workshop-cum-awareness camp on cooperative movement of BTC at Matanga Park at Tamulpur in Baksa district on Monday. The BTR CEM Pramod Boro inaugurated the programme.

In his speech Boro emphasized the inevitable role of cooperative department for economic development of the society. He vitalized the importance of work culture for sustainability of a society in all spheres. He again enlightened the members of the cooperation department about the wide scope and possibilities of cooperative. He hoped that in the next two years all cooperatives in BTR will be streamlined for achieving their goals.

The programme was also attended by MLA of Tamulpur Jolen Daimary, EM of Cooperation Ukil Mushahary, EM of Tourism Dharma Narayan Das, MCLAs Hemanta Kr. Rabha and Bijit Gwra Narzary, boosted the departmental officials as well as the cooperative members present in the workshop.
