Awareness programme on superstition held at Kusumtola Anchalik High School

JAMUGURIHAT: An awareness programme against superstition was held at Kusumtola Anchalik High School near here recently. Lalit Bora, headmaster of the school, presided over the meeting. The awareness programme, supported by the Assam Science Technology and Environment Council (ASTEC), Government of Assam, was organized by the Eco Club of THB College. Dr. Khanjan Das, professor of THB College, graced the occasion as a resource person and discussed about the topic in details. Arun Sarma, senior faculty of THB College, welcomed the gathering in his welcome address. The programme was conducted by Dr. Tulshi Upadhyay, coordinator of Eco Club THB College, which was attended by students, general public, teaching staff of the school.
