Awarness Meet for pipe gas service in Demow town

DEMOW: Under the patronage of Assam Gas Company and in association with Demow Municipality Board, an awareness meeting was held in Demow Jyoti-Bishnu Cultural Building on Monday for providing pipe gas service in Demow town. Pranab Kalita, Ward Commissioner of Demow Municipality Board anchored the awareness meeting. Thowra MLA Sushanta Borgohain was present in the awareness meeting as chief guest. Thowra MLA Sushanta Borgohain announced that every house under Demow Municipality will be provided with pipe gas service. Pollabita Gogoi Barua, chairperson of Demow Municipal Board, Arup Barua of Assam Gas Company, Sivasagar Project Officer, Nipen Phukan, president of BJP Thowra Mandal along with other BJP leaders were present.
