Axam Xahitya Xabha to specially felicitate journalist Prakash Sarmah

Golaghat: Senior journalist from Golaghat, Prakash Sarmah will be given special felicitation by Axam Xahitya Xabha (AXX).

AXX’s annual conference has started at Sualkuchi in Kamrup district. The conference will be held till February 4. On February 4, there will be a special felicitation and award ceremony in the Atul Chandra Baruah stage. The ceremony will be inaugurated by former Vice-Chancellor of Gauhati University, Dr Mridul Hazarika. The ceremony will be conducted by senior journalist Prakash Mahanta. In the ceremony, Mayaram Tamuly Journalist Summit and Arunudai Summit will be held where Lakshmi Nath Phukan Journalist Award and Kirtinath Hazarika Journalist Award will be conferred. Several journalists from different parts of the State will be given special felicitation.
