Barpeta Cancer Hospital inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi

BARPETA: Barpeta's 180-bedded Cancer Hospital was virtually inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Speaking in the programme, Guardian Minister Ranjit Kr Dass said that it was a historic day for Assam that seven cancer hospitals were inaugurated. The Deputy Commissioner of Barpeta, Tej Prasad Bhushal said that the cancer patients now do not need to go anywhere for treatment.
