Bhagawat Recitation programme postponed at Lakhimpur district

LAKHIMPUR: The eight-day long Bhagawat recitation programme organized from April 15 to April 22 at Amguri in the greater Khaga area of Lakhimpur district has been postponed indefinitely keeping the current situation in view. This decision was taken after the discussion among the members of the steering committee of the Bhagawat Recitation programme organizing committee.

Notably, the event was organized in association with the people of Jugalpur, Ghancharai, Chandrapur and many other adjacent villages under Khaga and neighbouring areas. The steering committee informed that the rescheduled date of the event would be declared later depending upon the situation.
